Leadership and stakeholders in Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency have declared Ebi Ezekiel Egbe, popularly known as Monimichelle, as a frontline aspirant for the House of Representatives seat ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The declaration followed consultations among political leaders, youth groups, and supporters across the constituency. It also comes after Egbe reportedly completed the party’s screening process, positioning him among those seeking the party’s nomination.
Egbe, described by supporters as an entrepreneur and community developer, is being presented as a candidate focused on infrastructure, youth empowerment, education, and economic growth within the constituency.
In a communiqué issued by the group, stakeholders called on party members, delegates, and residents of Southern Ijaw to support his aspiration. They stated that his candidacy represents a push for renewed leadership and improved representation at the federal level.
The endorsement reflects early political alignments within the constituency as preparations gradually build toward the 2027 general elections.
