Ologe Solomon Ochuko, CEng, FIMechE, has been appointed as an International and UK Panel Professional Review Interviewer by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), a prestigious appointment that underscores his outstanding contributions to the engineering profession and global professional standards.

The appointment positions Ologe among a select group of experienced engineering professionals responsible for conducting Professional Review Interviews for candidates from the international engineering community seeking registration as Chartered Engineers (CEng) and Incorporated Engineers (IEng).

In his new role, he will assess candidates’ competence against the UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC), helping to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, technical competence, ethics, and engineering excellence.

Speaking on the appointment, Ologe Solomon Ochuko, CEng, FIMechE, described the opportunity as both an honour and a privilege.
