A coalition of youths from Otuan Town in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State has declared its support for Hon. Carter Cleopass Akpoafagha ahead of the 2027 elections. The endorsement was made public in a statement signed by Comrade Imoladei Dogood Waribo on behalf of the Coalition Youths of Otuan.
