The Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Pa Emmanuel Dubadei Isenah, father of the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Bayelsa State Housing and Property Development Authority, Rt. Hon. Tonye E. Isenah.
In a letter of commiseration signed by elder statesman and PANDEF chieftain, Godknows Boladei Igali, the regional socio-political group described the late Pa Isenah as a noble community leader whose death came as a painful loss not only to his immediate family but also to the entire Odi Community in Bayelsa State.
The condolence message stated that members of PANDEF received news of the elder statesman’s passing “with deep shock and grief,” noting that his absence would be greatly felt by those who benefited from his wisdom, leadership, and service to humanity.
According to the letter, the late Pa Emmanuel Dubadei Isenah was widely respected for his humility, kindness, and dedication to the progress of people around him. PANDEF noted that his exceptional personality earned him admiration and respect among his peers and members of the community.
The group further described the deceased as a man who touched many lives and raised generations of patriotic Nigerians through his exemplary lifestyle and commitment to family and society.
Igali stated that the deceased devoted his life to the service of God and humanity, leaving behind enduring values of honour, integrity, and compassion for others to emulate.
While mourning the loss, PANDEF urged the family to take solace in their faith in God, emphasizing that the Almighty knows best in all circumstances.
The letter also prayed for divine comfort and strength for the bereaved family during the difficult period, expressing hope that the late patriarch’s legacy of service and good character would continue through his children and the wider community.
Quoting Romans 14:8, the message stated: “For if we live, we live unto the Lord; and if we die, we die unto the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.”
PANDEF also extended condolences to the entire Isenah and Ololo families, praying for the peaceful repose of the deceased’s soul.
Pa Emmanuel Dubadei Isenah is remembered as a respected elder and community figure in Odi Community whose contributions to social harmony and community development impacted many lives across Bayelsa State and beyond.
