As political activities intensify ahead of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly election, Hon. Ebitimi Ogoniba, popularly known as Senibo, has continued consultations with members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Brass Constituency 2.
Ogoniba visited Okpoama and Eweoma communities, where he met with different groups of APC members as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots support for his political ambition ahead of the election.
During the meetings, the APC chieftain emphasized the importance of grassroots engagement in the electoral process, describing local community support as a key factor in achieving electoral success.
Speaking during the consultations, Ogoniba said direct interaction with party members and residents remained necessary in order to understand their concerns and seek their support ahead of the polls.
He stated that the grassroots play a critical role in determining the outcome of elections, adding that his visits to the communities were aimed at building stronger relationships with party faithful and local stakeholders across the constituency.
According to him, sustained engagement with residents would help ensure that the needs of the people remain central to his campaign and political agenda.
