General Salvation Rufus Ibena, National Chairman of the Phase 2 Amnesty Leadership Forum, has extended warm birthday greetings to High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, widely known as Tompolo, commending his contributions to peace and development in the Niger Delta.
