The Secretary to the Bayelsa State Government, Prof. Nimibofa Ayawei, has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary leader committed to the development and progress of the state.
