YENAGOA — A beneficiary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Ebinebo Esau Stample, has successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Global Public Health from Coventry University, United Kingdom, describing the achievement as a testament to the transformative impact of educational opportunities provided through the Federal Government’s amnesty initiative.
In a heartfelt statement following her graduation, Stample expressed profound gratitude to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, for his unwavering commitment to human capital development and educational empowerment across the Niger Delta.
According to her, Dr. Otuaro’s visionary leadership has restored hope to countless young people by providing access to quality education and creating opportunities for beneficiaries to realise their full potential.
She noted that during her studies in the United Kingdom, she met several other students whose educational pursuits were also sponsored through the Presidential Amnesty Programme, describing it as clear evidence of the programme’s far-reaching impact in transforming lives and building future leaders.
Stample also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Dr. Otuaro as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, stating that the administration’s people-oriented policies under the Renewed Hope Agenda have contributed significantly to sustaining peace, promoting stability, and investing in the development of the Niger Delta and the nation at large through education.
She expressed appreciation to the management and staff of the Presidential Amnesty Programme for believing in her potential and investing in her future through education.
Beyond the programme, the graduate thanked her family, friends, mentors, colleagues and well-wishers for their prayers, encouragement and unwavering support throughout her academic journey. She also appreciated those who travelled from different locations to celebrate her graduation, saying their presence made the occasion even more memorable.
Reflecting on the significance of her accomplishment, Stample said the degree represents far more than academic success, describing it as proof that lives can be transformed when opportunity is matched with determination.
She prayed for continued wisdom, strength and good health for Dr. Dennis Otuaro, while expressing hope that the Presidential Amnesty Programme would continue to expand its educational interventions and empower more young people across the Niger Delta.
